Refund & Cancellation Policy

At JBK Surface Care, we aim to provide reliable, high-quality carpet and floor cleaning services. This policy outlines our approach to cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule a booking by providing at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled service time. Cancellations made with sufficient notice will not incur any fees.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee to cover allocated time and resources.

Refunds

Refunds are not provided for services already completed. However, if you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 48 hours of completion. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a re-clean of the affected area at no additional cost.

Refunds may be considered in limited circumstances where services were not delivered as agreed, at our discretion.

Service Limitations

Cleaning results may vary depending on the condition, age, and material of carpets or flooring. We cannot guarantee complete removal of all stains, wear, or pre-existing damage.
